Defects, as pointed out by the office, are ignored.

The petitioner is an accused in connection with POCSO Case No. 90 of 2019 arising out of Sadar P.S. Case No. 367 of 2019.

The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court in B.A. No.10390 of 2019.

The petitioner appears to be in custody since 31.07.2019. He has alleged to have enticed the daughter of the informant with the assistance of others.

On consideration of the period of custody undergone by the petitioner, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only), with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-IV-Cum-Special Judge, POCSO, Ranchi in connection with POCSO Case No. 90 of 2019 arising out of Sadar P.S. Case No. 367 of 2019.
