CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SHREE CHANDRASHEKHAR

For the Petitioners : Mr. Amritansh Vats, AdvocateFor the State : Ms. Aprajita Bhardwaj, A.C. to A.G.------------------ 05/21.12.2018This application has been filed for correction of atypographical error which has crept in order dated 04.02.2017passed in W.P.(S) No. 4790 of 2016.

The learned counsel for the petitioners states that therecords would speak that as on the date when the order dated04.02.2017 was passed the petitioner nos. 4 and 6 had alsocompleted 10 years of service by that time.

Ms. Aprajita Bhardwaj, the learned State counsel statesthat all that this application discloses is an unfounded anxiety of thepetitioners.

The learned State counsel is right.

Order dated 04.02.2017 indicates that whether thepetitioners have completed service of 10 years continuously or not, that fact shall remain subject to verification of records.

As on today, in any event these petitioners havecompleted 10 years of service and, therefore, they are entitled forconsideration for their regularisation in service, in terms of newregularisation rules which are in the offing.

With the aforesaid clarification, this petition is disposed of.
