This application has been filed for modification in the order dated04.12.2018 passed in ABA No.2818/2018 and for extension of period forsurrender of the petitioner.

It appears that petitioner was granted anticipatory bail on 04.12.2018in ABA No.2818/2018 and petitioner was directed to surrender latest by17.12.2018. But due to typographical error in the name of the petitioner, hecould not surrender within the stipulated time.

It appears that in the order dated 04.12.2018, the name of thepetitioner has been wrongly typed as Sundeep Kumar in place of SudeepKumar.

In that view of the matter, the order dated 40.12.2018 passed in ABANo.2818/2018 is modified to that extent and the name of the petitioner beread as Sudeep Kumar in place of Sundeep Kumar.

Further, the Cr. M.P.No. 4216/2018 is allowed and Six weeks' further time is allowed from today to the petitioner to surrender in the court below.
