In view of fair submissions of the parties, C.M.P. No. 685 of 2022 stands allowed and let W.P.(S). No. 633 of 2019 be restored to its original file subject to the condition that the petitioner shall remove the defects, within a period of four weeks after ensuing winter vacation.
