--------

CORAM : HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE H. C. MISHRA

------For the Petitioner:Mrs. Vandana Singh, Advocate. For the State :A.P.P.------ 7/18.12.2015Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make corrections in the first paragraph and prayer portion of the bail application.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Balidih P.S case No. 177 of 2013 corresponding to G.R No.1985 of 2013, for the offence under Sections 323, 324, 325, 326, 307, 302 / 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was already on bail and the impugned order shows that his bail bond was canceled on 21.7.2014.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 17.6.2015.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner, Dinesh Tiwari, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Bokaro, in connection with Balidih P.S case No. 177 of 2013, corresponding to G.R No.1985 of 2013, S.T. No.299 of 2015.
