The petitioners are accused in connection with Chandil P.S. Case No. 144

of 2021.

Some miscreants had entered into the truck, assaulted the driver and co- driver and looted two mobile phones as well as cash of Rs.1100/- and ATM Cards.

It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have been implicated on their self-confession. It has further been submitted that neither any TIP has been held nor has there been any recovery from the conscious possession of the petitioners. It has also been submitted that the petitioners are in custody since 27.07.2021.

Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioners but has not disputed the aforesaid facts.

On consideration of the above, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only), each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M, Seraikella in connection with Chandil P.S. Case No. 144 of 2021.
