1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned counsel for the State.
2. The applicant who is in custody since 15.02.2023 has approached this Court for grant of regular bail in connection with Tandwa P.S. Case No.261 of 2022 (POCSO Case No.20 of 2023), registered for the offence under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 4/6 of the POCSO Act, pending in the court of learned A.D.J., 1[st] Chatra.
