ORAL JUDGEMENT

Rule. On 20th November, 1997, the learned counsel for the respondent made a statement that the respondent had taken up the course of B.B.A. at Ahmedabad and she has given up her right to take admission in the Faculty of Business Administration, Faculty of Commerce, Maharaja Sayajirao University, Baroda. In view of this statement, it is obvious that the respondent is no longer interested in prosecuting the suit itself. In the circumstances, there is no question of the petitioners complying with the impugned order. Hence, the impugned order is set aside. Rule made absolute.
