Perused the office note dated 10.12.2010 wherefrom it appears that thoug h notices were issued to the respondent No. 2 by registered post with A/D on 30.7.2007 and 14.5.2010, neither the acknowledgment due card nor the unserved notic e has returned to the Registry.

It also appears that such notices were issued in the address given in th e claim petition.

Since more than 30 days have elapsed from the date of issuance of such n otice on the respondent No. 2 and the A/D card has also not returned, the service on respondent No. 2 is deemed to be effected.Office to proceed.
