The petitioner has filed this writ petition with a prayer to release the benefits of pay scale of `1200-2040/-, which is now revised as`4000-6000/-.

The writ petition was admitted. Civil Misc. No.18237 of2010 has now been filed on behalf of the petitioner for disposing of the writpetition as the issue involved in the present writ petition is squarely coveredby the decision of this Court rendered inSandeep Kumar & others Vs.State of Haryana & others, (C.W.P.15535 of 1999), decided on12.9.2002. Notice of the application was issued.

In response, Mr. Rathee points out that the necessaryrelief has been granted to the petitioner.

With the concurrence of the parties, the main writpetition is taken up for hearing.

In view of the statement made by Mr. Rathee, the writpetition is rendered infructuous and is disposed of as such.
