ORAL ORDER
1. Notice to respondents is dispensed with in view of the proposed order to be passed.
2. Essentially what has been sought for in the above proceedings is for an interim injunction in O.S.No.26387/2024 pending on the file of LXXXIX Additional City Civil Judge at Mayohall, Bangalore.
3. A perusal of the records indicate that the application filed under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 of the CPC filed in the said proceedings is now posted on 04.01.2025 for orders. If that be so, the question of granting any relief in the present proceeding would not arise.
4. With the above observation, the petition stands disposed of.
