This Writ Petition filed under Article 226 & 227 oft thConstitution of India, praying to quash the order dated09/09/2008 passed on IA No.VIII by the Prl. Civil Judge(Jr.Dn), Hubli, in O.S.No.513/2004 and further be pleased toquash all further proceedings conducted in the suit since9/9/2008 and inter-alia be pleased to direct the court.

This petition coming on for orders this day, the Courtdelivered the following; OR DER

On 6/10/2009 a week’s time has been granted as a lastchance to comply with the Office Objections. Thereaiter, on19/11/2009 a week’s time has been granted to comply withthe office objections. Inspite of that, office objections have notbeen complied with. However, in the interest of justice, aweek's time is granted to comply with the office objections. Iithe objections are not complied within one week from today,the writ petition stands dismissed automatically withoutfurther reterence to the court.
