Heard Mr. A Sarma, the learned counsel for the applicants. Also heard RK Bhatra,the learned counsel, who represents the authorities of Allahabad Bank.

The writ petitioner was Clerk-cum-Cashier and was dismissed from service on 12.12.2005 (Annexure-8), in pursuant to a disciplinary proceeding. He died on 20.9.2011 and accordingly his legal heirs have applied for substitution in place of the deceased petitioner.

After hearing the parties, I am inclined to allow this Misc. Application. Accordingly, the names of Smti Nilima Das, Ms. Gitika Das and Shri Nabajyoti Das be substituted in place of the deceased, as the writ petitioners in WP(C) No. 1698/2008.

Misc. Case is allowed accordingly.
