The petitioners are aggrieved by the order dated 09.10.2005 by which their licences as S. K. Oil Hawkers were suspended. While entertaining the writ petition by order dated 23.12.2005, the said order was stayed in consideration of Clause 23of the Assam Trade Articled (Lisensing and Control) Order 1982. The impugned order was stayed and that decision as continued till date.

In view of the above, the impugned order need not be given effect to at this stage. However, the respondent will be at liberty to proceed with the matter in accordance with law.

Writ petition stands disposed of.
