Heard learned counsel for the petitioner Mr. NN Jha and Mr. LP Sarma, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.4.By this application, the petitioner has prayed for rectification of the numerical figure that appeared in paragraph 4 of the judgment and order dated 25.09.08 passed in WP ( C) No. 678/08. There is a reference of Rs. 70,360/-( seventy thousand three hundred sixty only) in line 11 of the paragraph 4 but it ought have been Rs. 17,360/- (seventeen thousand three hundred sixty only).After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and on perusal of the materials available on record, I am satisfied that the aforesaid error is a clerical error. Accordingly, it is ordered that in line 11 of the paragraph 4, the amount mentioned should be Rs. 17,360/- (Rupees Seventeen thousand three hundred sixty only) in stead of Rs. 70,360/-.

This order shall form a part of the order dated 25.09.08 passed in WP ( C) No. 678/08.

Misc. case stands disposed of.
