Heard Mr. D. Soki, learned counsel for the applicants. Also heard Mr. Y.
Riram, learned Govt. Advocate for the State respondents.
This is an application seeking impleadment of M/s Sindi Enterprises, represented by its Proprietor Shri Mama Miso, S/o late Ataru Miso, DesaliVillage, PO/PS Hunli, Desali Circle, Lower Dibang Valley District, ArunachalPradesh as party respondent No.5.
The applicants have filed WP(C) No.569(AP)2024, challenging the mannerin which the NIeT for construction of 3(three) numbers of Bridges on road from8 km point on NH 313 Roing Anini Road to New Chidu village via NHPC Colonyin Lower Dibang Valley District, which is pending disposal.
It is contented by Mr. Soki, learned counsel that during the pendency of the above writ petition, the respondent authority has awarded the contract workto one M/s Sindi Enterprises. Therefore, he submits that the above M/s SindiEnterprises may be allowed to be impleaded as party respondent No.5.
Having considered the submission and the grounds for seekingimpleadment and the prayer not being objected to by the learned counsel forthe respondents, I deem it appropriate to allow this application.
Accordingly, M/s Sindi Enterprises, represented by its Proprietor Shri Mama Miso, S/o late Ataru Miso, Desali Village, PO/PS Hunli, Desali Circle, LowerDibang Valley District, Arunachal Pradesh, be impleaded as party respondentNo.5 in the connected writ petition being WP(C)569(AP)2024.
The I.A. stands allowed and disposed of.
