Goyal, learned state counsel with reference to the affidavit filed by the District Administration submits that the land in question in the instant writpetition is beyond the Sola Beel area and therefore, the respondents have not taken any action against the writ petitioner. In view of this submission, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent authority to make aspot verification and if the land in question falls outside the Sola Beel area not to take any action for eviction.
