Heard Dr B Ahmed, learned counsel for the applicants, as well as Mr SC Biswas, learned counsel for the respondent Nos.7(a) & 7(b), the heirs of the deceased respondent No.7.

The applicants, by present application, are praying for substitution of the names of the respondent Nos.7(a) & 7(b) in place of respondent No.7.

Having heard learned counsel for the appearing parties and on a consideration of the averments made in the application, the prayer for substitution is allowed. Respondent Nos.7(a) & 7(b) are substituted in place of the deceased respondent No.7. Registry is directed to amend the cause title, accordingly.

The application is accordingly disposed of.
