ORAL ORDER

1. Rule. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor waives serviceof rule on behalf of the respondent-State.

2. By way of the present application preferred through jail, the applicant-convict has prayed to release him on parole onthe ground of treatment of his mother.

3. Considering the jail report it appears that in the presentyear the applicant has enjoyed almost 50 days by way offurlough and parole. The last release was for 14 days between08.10.2021 to 21.10.2021for the reason of treatment of hismother. Present application is filed on the same count i.e. forthe treatment of his mother. Considering the past period ofrelease, I do not deem it fit to grant the prayer of parole.

4. Hence, the present application stands rejected. Rule isdischarged.
