Heard Mr N K Barua, learned counsel for the review petitioner. Also heard Mr U K Goswami, learned Standing Counsel, Education (Secondary) Department.

This review petition has been filed in respect of the order dated 18.12.2013, passed in WP(C) No. 1181 of 2013, by which the writ petition was disposed of. The review petitioner was the respondent No. 7 in the writ petition. In the order, the case projected in the writ petition has been recorded without, however, recording any finding. The matter has to be decided by the Director of Secondary Education. According to the review petitioner, there was wrong projection that the writ petitioner was appointed on 18.12.2000 as a Subject Teacher in Sociology. According to the petitioner, the writ petition was disposed of directing the petitioner to approach the Director of Secondary Educaton, Assam, towards agitating his grievances.

The writ petition is disposed of directing that while considering the case of the writ petitioner in terms of the order dated 18.12.2013, passed in WP(C) No. 1181 of 2013, the said authority shall also provide an opportunity of being heard to the review petitioner. He will also be entitled to approach the Director of Secondary Education, Assam, by filing appropriate representation.
