By this application under Section 439 CrPC, petitioner, namely, Jahangir Hossain, who was in custody since 15.11.2019, has prayed for releasing him on regular bail in connection with Khetri PS
Case No. 141/2019, under Sections 381/411/34 IPC.
Heard the learned counsel for both the sides.
Also perused the record and the Case Diary.
Serious complicity of the present petitioner is suggested, who along with other accused committed theft of the vehicle and, thereafter, also sold the articles loaded in the truck.
Considering all entirety of the matter, the bail application stands rejected at this stage.
