Heard Mr. M. Pertin, learned counsel for the petitioner.
Mr. V. Jamoh, learned counsel for the respondents by placing anorder dated 21.08.2024 passed by the Headmaster, NSCBAV, Moyingsubmits that the joining of the petitioner dated 21.08.2024, has beenduly accepted in compliance of the interim order dated 19.08.2024,passed in WP(C) No.339(AP)/2024.
Having considered the above, I am of the view that the respondent authorities have complied the interim order of this Courtwhich is the subject matter in this contempt proceeding. Accordingly,the contempt petition stands closed and disposed of.
