By this application, filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., the petitioner, namely, Sri Gopal Chetri, has prayed for pre-arrest bail, in connection with Morigaon P.S.Case No. 250/2011 (GR Case No. 1131/2013), under Sections 366(A)/376 IPC. It is submitted that the Police has already submitted charge-sheet in this case.In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to approach the learned trial Court, seeking necessary relief and on such approach, learned trial Court shall consider the prayer, as per law.
