THE HON’BLE MR JUSTICE HRISHIKESH ROY
This is the second pre-arrest bail application filed by the petitioner in connection with Sualkuchi River PS Case No. 16/10 registered under Section 395/397/365IPC and subsequently added Section of 201/302 IPC. The bail for the petitioner was earlier rejected while bail to two of his sons was granted by the Court, on the basis of the materials in the case diary.Mr. D. Das, learned PP has once again produced the case diary which shows involvement of the petitioner and there is no materials for this Court, to take a different view in the matter.
In view of above, this pre-arrest bail application is dismissed.
