This is first bail application filed by the applicants underSection 438 of Cr.P.C. The applicants are apprehending theirarrest in connection with Crime No. 168/2015 registered underSections 4,6 & 9 of M.P. Govansh Vadh Pratishedh Adhiniyamand Section 11-D of Pashu Krurta Adhiniyam at Police Station-Nagalwadi, Distt. Barwani.
After hearing learned counsel for the parties, this petitionis disposed of with a direction that applicants shall surrenderbefore the trial Court and shall apply for regular bail and if suchan application is filed, the same shall be consideredexpeditiously in accordance with law.
