In the present petition, filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., thepetitioners seek directions to provide protection to their lives and libertyfrom the private respondents No.4 to 6, who are stated to be relatives ofpetitioner No.1! and further directions to private respondents No.4 to 6 not tinterfere 1n their matrimonial life and not to harass them.
It is pleaded that petitioners have got married on 26.12.2017 at Gurudwara Nanak Darbar Sahib, Mohalla Guru Nanak Nagar, AggarwalColony, Kamre Wala Road, Jalalabad (W), District Fazilka, according toSikh rites and rituals. The photographs of the marriage have been appendedas Annexure P-3. It is further submitted that the date of birth of petitionersNo.l and 2 are 23.5.1994 and 29.2.1996. In respect of age proof,photocopies of Aadhar Cards of both the petitioners are appended asAnnexures P-1 and P-2.
A representation dated 27.12.2017 (Annexure P-4) has beenfiled with respondent No.2 1n this regard and resultantly this Court has been approached.

A.G,Punjab, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the officialrespondents-State After hearing counsel for the parties, without commenting uponthe validity/legality of the marriage or the age of the petitioners and keepingin view the binding precedent of the Hon'ble Apex Court 1n Lata Singh ViState of U.P. And another; 2006 (2) SCC (Criminal) 478, the presentpetition 1s disposed of with direction to respondents No.2 and 3 to look intothe above said representation filed by the petitioners and take appropriateaction in accordance with law and provide protection, if so required.
