ORDER
Heard on the question of admission.
2. The present application has been filed for restoration of W.P.No.4665/2023, which was dismissed due to non compliance of commonconditional order dtd. 30.10.2023.
3. Considering the averments made in the application, this Court finds thatsufficient cause is shown for restoration of the writ petition. Accordingly, MCC
is allowed.
4. W.P.No.4665/2023 is restored to its original number subject to payment of cost of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two thousand) within a period of 7 working dayspayable to the State Legal Services Authority, Jabalpur.
5 . The payment of cost of Rs.2,000/- shall be a condition precedent forrestoration of W.P.No.4665/2023.
