ORDER
Heard on the question of admission.
2. The present application has been filed for restoration of M.A.No.2401/2019, which was dismissed for want of prosecution vide order dated 03.01.2024.
3. Considering the averments made in the application, this Court finds thatsufficient cause is shown for restoration of the misc. appeal. Accordingly,MCC is allowed.
4. M.A.No.2401/2019 is restored to its original number subject to payment ofcost of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two thousand) within a period of 7 working dayspayable to the State Legal Services Authority, Jabalpur.
5 . The payment of cost of Rs.2,000/- shall be a condition precedent forrestoration of M.A.No.2401/2019.
6. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed off
