HIGH COURT OF MADHYA PRADESH, BENCH AT INDORE

W P No. 29873 / 2018

MANOJ KUMAR PARIHAR VS. STATE OF MP & ORS.,

--- 1 ---

INDORE, Dated : 31/12/2018

Mr. Prateek Patwardhan, learned counsel for the petitioner.

Mr. Mukesh Kumawat, learned counsel for the respondentState.

The petitioner before this Court has filed this present writpetition being aggrieved by the order dated 24/12/2018 by which thepetitioner has been posted at Depalpur.

Learned counsel for the respondent State has argued before thisCourt that it is not a case of transfer. It is a case of distribution ofwork done by the Collector and the petitioner has been directed tolook after the work of Tehsil Depalpur. Earlier he was looking afterthe work of Tehsil Juni Indore.

Undisputedly, as per the distribution memo for which theCollector is competent, he has directed the petitioner to look after thework of Tehsil Depalpur.

This Court is of the considered opinion that the present case isnot a case of transfer nor it is a case of frequent transfer and thepetitioner is continuing at Indore District itself.

No case for interference is made out in the matter. Accordingly, the admission is declined.
