ORDER
This is an application for restoration of M.A.No.4183/2023 which wasdismissed by the order of Principal Registrar dated 30/10/2023 due to non-compliance of common conditional peremptory order dated 12/09/2023.
For the reasons assigned in the application, which is supported by anaffidavit, sufficient cause is made out for restoration of M.A.No. 4183/2023.Hence, the same is allowed.
Accordingly, M.A.No.4183/2023 is restored to its original number.This M.C.C. stands allowed and disposed of accordingly.
A copy of this order be placed in the record of M.A.No.4183/2023.
