ORDER
They are heard. Perused the case-diary.
2. This is the first bail application filed by applicant under Section 439 of Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 as he is implicated in connection with CrimeNo.207/2023 registered at Police Station - Gohad, District- Bhind (MP) foroffence punishable under Sections 307, 294, 506 34 of IPC and Section 25,27of Arms Act. He is in custody since 23.07.2023.
3 . Looking to the allegation levelled against the applicant, no case forgrant of bail is made out. However, the applicant can renew his prayer after complainant is examined in the trial Court.
4. With the aforesaid liberty, the application is dismissed.
