ORDER
The present MCC has been filed for restoration of M.A. No.431/2014,which was dismissed for non-compliance of peremptory order passed by this Court on 18.06.2014.
For the reasons stated in the present restoration application, sufficientcause is made out to restore M.A. No.431/2014. Accordingly, M.A.No.431/2014is restored to its original number subject to payment of cost ofRs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand Only) to M.P. High Court LegalServices Committee,Indore within fifteen working days from today and areceipt thereof be produced before the Registry.
Let a copy of this order be placed in the record of M.A. No.431/2014.
