This is the first bail application filed by the applicant-accused under Section439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of bail arrested on 30.09.2020 in connection withCrime No. 313/2020, registered at Police Station Surkhi, district Sagar, for theoffence under Sections 304-B, 34 of the I.P.C.
