The present review petition has been preferred in miscellaneous petition No.6845/2023 which was finally dismissed vide order dated 30.11.2023.
Today, it has been brought to the notice of the Court that the suit itselfhas been decided by the trial Court therefore, this review petition has becomeinfructuous.
In view of the above, this review petition is dismissed as havingbecome infructuous.
