ORDER
The present Revision is filed under Section 19(4) of Family Court Act r/w Section 125 of Cr.P.C being aggrieved by the order dated 27/7/2023passed by III[rd] Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Indore in caseNo.MJCR 797/2018 whereby the Family Court has declined to awardmaintenance to the petitioner No.1/wife & respondent No.2/elder daughter,however, awarded Rs.20,000/- per month interim maintenance to the petitioner No.2/younger daughter from the date of application.
2. The Revision No.3974/2023 filed by the respondent No.1 has beendisposed off today by separate order.
3. In view of the aforesaid, the present Revision is also disposed off.
However, it is made clear that any observation made by the Trial Court whiledeciding the interim maintenance will not come in the way of the wife/petitionerNo.1 and elder daughter/respondent No.2 at the time of final decision ofmaintenance.
4. With the aforesaid, the present Revision is disposed off.
