ORDER
This is fourth application filed by the applicant under Section 439 of theCode of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of bail relating to CrimeNo.113/2022 registered at Police Station Badarwas District Shivpuri (M.P.) forthe offence under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.
At the very outset, counsel for the applicant seeks permission of thisCourt to withdraw the bail application.
It is accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
