The present petition has been filed seeking protection of lifeand liberty as the petitioners fear that respondent No.4 (father of petitionerNo.1) will cause them bodily harm as their marriage has been performedagainst his wishes.
Petitioners No. 1 and 2 are major and the same is proved bytheir Aadhar Cards (Annexures P-1 and P-2).
In view of above, | deem it appropriate to direct respondent No.2 to ensure that life and liberty of the petitioners be protected by providing them adequate protection. The representation (Annexure P-5) already madeas well as the facts mentioned in this petition shall be kept in mind by him.
The petition is accordingly disposed of.
