.....RESPONDENTS

(BY SHRI DILIP PARIHAR - PANEL LAWYER FOR RESPONDENT NO.1/STATE.)

This application coming on for orders this day, the court passed the following:

ORDER

Heard on I.A. No.28230/2023, an application for extension of time forappearance before the trial Court and for furnishing surety bond and personalbond.

This Court vide order dated 06.07.2023 had granted interim protection tothe present applicant and he was further directed to appear before the trial Courtand to move application for regular bail but instead of compliance with theorder almost more than four months of the order, he moved an application forextension of time. I see no justification to extend the period to move applicationfor regular bail to the applicant. It is apparent that applicant has blatantlyviolated the directions of this Court.

Consequently, I.A. No.28230/2023 being misleading and misconceived, is hereby dismissed.
