1. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the compliance report dated 22.8.2023 has been filed before this Court and representation of petitionerhas been decided and rejected.
2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the order has been passed bythe respondents, therefore, nothing is remained in this contempt petition and hewants to withdraw it with liberty to challenge the order dated 22.8.2023 passedby respondent before the appropriate court.
