O R D E R
Having heard the learned advocates for the parties and upon perusing the affidavit filed on behalf of the State on 03[rd] December, 2020 and the subsequent response filed on behalf of the Amicus, which is in the form of a report dated 03[rd] September, 2021, we are of the view that the issues sought to be raised in the letter dated 21[st] May, 2018 – which forms the genesis of the instant Public Interest Litigation – have been adequately addressed or are in the process of being addressed.
In that view of the matter, we do not find any reason to keep the instant Public Interest Litigation pending, which stands disposed of accordingly.
