By an Order dated 10.08.2023 the matter was sent for mediation. A communication bearing reference No.295/SLSA/02/MC dated 28.11.2023 has been received from the Sikkim State Legal Services Authority stating that the case has been settled by the Mediator, Mr. T. R. Barfungpa, Advocate and parties have amicably settled the issues. The Deed of Compromise has been placed on record. In terms of the said settlement the present case stands disposed of.
