The petitioner is represented by Ms. Gita Bista, learned Counsel. He is also present-in-person.
The solitary issue left to be decided in the present proceedings after the substantial prayer for cancellation of order dated 27.11.2017 issued by the Respondent No.3 having been revoked was the issue whether the prayer for interest on the loan account of the Petitioner was payable by the State-Respondents in the facts and circumstances of the present case.
Ms. Gita Bista, learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that even this prayer has been satisfied by the State-Respondent and therefore, nothing further remains and as such, seeks liberty to withdraw the present Writ Petition.
Permitted.
