ORDER

Heard.

Admittedly, the matter in which the victim is involved is presently pending disposal before the Additional District Judge, Central Delhi, and is registered as SC/28965/2016 State versus Gulsanam @ Sanam @ Pyari. Several Sections of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 and the Immoral Traffic Prevention Act, 1956, are involved. It is also submitted by learned Counsel for State-Respondent that the victim has been summoned to make an appearance on 05.06.2018.

In view of the submissions, it is evident that the question of compensation to the victim will be taken up by the learned Trial Court on conclusion of the matter.

In the circumstances, it would not be appropriate for this Court to take a decision with regard to the compensation when the trial is pending.

Accordingly, this Petition stands disposed of.
