W.P. (C) No.41 of 2022

KIPU LEPCHA .... PETITIONER

VERSUS

SECRETARY LAND REVENUE DEPARTMENT

.... RESPONDENT

Date:03.11.2022

CORAM

HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE BHASKAR RAJ PRADHAN, J.

..........

Mr. Jorgay Namka, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he desires to approach the authorities staking a claim as a legal heir to the compensation amount for acquisition of the property of her father, late Gyanche Lepcha and for that purpose seeks to withdraw the writ petition without prejudice to her rights and contentions and grievances made in the present writ petition. The petitioner is at liberty to approach the authorities to do and stake her claim as per law. The writ petition is disposed of without examining the merits of her claim leaving all questions raised in the present writ petition open. Should the petitioner be aggrieved thereafter, needless to say, the petitioner may approach any higher authority to ventilate her grievance including this court as per law.
