ORDER
It is submitted by Learned Counsel for the Petitioners that due to the program fed in the computer, the amendments inserted as allowed by this Court vide Order dated 27-05-2024, are not being accepted by the computer. The concerned official of the Registry, on enquiry by this Court, explained that the earlier Petition was a “Writ Petition” while the amended Petition is a “Civil Revision Petition”. That, in view of the said differences, the computer does not accept the second nomenclature as the earlier Petition was registered as a “Writ Petition”.
In the circumstances, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner prays that he may be allowed to withdraw the Writ Petition and file it as a Civil Revision Petition.
Not objected to by Learned Counsel for the Respondent No.1 and Respondent No.2.
In the aforementioned circumstance, this Writ Petition stands disposed in terms of the prayers above.
Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
