The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in view of the judgment dated 07.08.2025 passed by the Division Bench in Writ Appeal No.9 of 2022 Tseten Palzor Bhutia vs. State of Sikkim & Ors. this Writ Petition has become infructuous as the issue involved is covered by the said judgment. In view of the categorical statement of the learned counsel for the petitioner this Court is of the view that the matter is no longer required to be adjudicated. It is accordingly dismissed.
