Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and learned Asst. Solicitor General of India for the respondent in the State of Sikkim.
After hearing learned Counsel appearing on behalf of both the parties and by the consent of learned Counsel representing the parties with an undertaking that they shall cooperate for a conclusion of the proceedings before the Arbitration Tribunal, the extension of six months is further allowed by way of last indulgence.
In view of the aforesaid, the Arbitration Petition stands disposed of with the consent of the parties.
