Considering the relief as prayed for in this case and the response filed by the State Government, in particular, Annexure R-6 and the defence so taken, in the opinion of this Court, no life is survived in this case on account of withdrawal of the previous Notification by the State Government which was challenged in this Writ Petition. In view of the withdrawal of advertisement which was challenged, this Writ Petition has now rendered infructuous.
Accordingly, Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
