By filing I.A. No.16/2020, the petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw the writ petition.
Mr. Rahul Rathi, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner wants to withdraw the writ petition because of personal reasons and therefore, the same may be dismissed as withdrawn.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed on withdrawal.
