O R D E R
Heard Learned Counsel for the parties on I.A. No.12 of 2022 which is an application filed by the Petitioner for placing the following documents on record; Annexure A-1 is the Notification No.65/GEN/DOP, dated 08-07-2022, vide which the upper age limit prescribed under the Schedule of the Sikkim State Subordinate Allied and Healthcare Recruitment Rules, 1998, has been relaxed with a view to provide an opportunity to the Petitioner to appear for the Open Competitive Examination, to the post of Health Educator/ Extension Educator in the said service, as one time relaxation through Sikkim Public Service Commission.
Annexure A-2 is the Notice bearing Reference No.44/EXAM /SPSC/2022, dated 09-08-2022, which reflects that the Petitioner is declared qualified and recommended for appointment to the post of Health Educator/ Extension Educator under the Health & Family Welfare Department. It is also mentioned that one post of Health Educator/Extension Educator under the category Primitive Tribe kept in abeyance vide Notice No.53/SPSC/EXAM/ 2021, dated 07-12-2021, as per direction of this Court is hereby utilized. candidate as shown in the list is provisional, subject to police verification, medical fitness and verification of all required documents by the State Government.
In view of the said documents, it is conceded by Learned Counsel for the parties that nothing further remains for adjudication.
Consequently, Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly as also I.A. No.12 of 2022 and other pending applications, if any.
